LESSON 3: Documents for Educational Management Institutions

SUMMARY

In the Lesson 3 we have studied the most important documents of the school centre. This documents are the Educational Project and the Annual General Programme.
The educational Project is a document that among other things describes the organisation of the centre, and the Annual General Plan is a document inside the Educatnal Project that shows the school's planning, management and performance and also clarifies aspects included in the Educational Project.

BEFORE AND AFTER STUDYING

Before this Lesson I knew nothing about this documents or schools documents in general. I knew that schools had some documents that pick up all the information about the centres' plans but I could not even  imagine their magnitude and their value.

After studying, I consider that I know the most important traitsof the Annual General Programme and the Educational Project. For example that the Educational Project not only determines the concretions of curricula  and the cross- curricular elements or estabishes the lenguage plan of the centre, but also includes the Community- building Plan and the Diversity and Inclussion Plan, among others.


For me the most difficult part of the lesson was to understand how the Annual General Plan was supposed to fight against school absentism and the different measures it proposes.
According to P.Uruñuela (2019), It is necessary  to check how are our interpersonal relationships with the students, the comunication of the class and analyze all the internal factors of the class.

Moreover, I think that the thing that I need to learn more about before the exam is each document's  own characteristics and particularities in order to not confuse them.

PRACTICE 9

                        BEFORE AND AFTER THE PRACTICE Before doing this practice I knew something about the association of mothers and fathers thanks to lesson 9, where we learned about the participation in the school. However, In this practice we have studyied deeply what is the AMPA, it's functions, regulations, advantages, disadvantages... After doing this activity I know that AMPA also forms part of the teacher board and I realized how many responsabilities they have, such as organizing all the school's events and school trips for students and making desicions with the director.
