PRACTICE 9
BEFORE AND AFTER THE PRACTICE
Before doing this practice I knew something about the association of mothers and fathers thanks to lesson 9, where we learned about the participation in the school. However, In this practice we have studyied deeply what is the AMPA, it's functions, regulations, advantages, disadvantages...After doing this activity I know that AMPA also forms part of the teacher board and I realized how many responsabilities they have, such as organizing all the school's events and school trips for students and making desicions with the director.
The hardest thing for me to learn was the fact that we all know what the AMPA ia but half of the parents don't really know about the ampa's decisions or thoughts, so, now that I've done this practice I think that the representators of the AMPA should mantain a closest relationship with the rest of the parents to try to make them feel part of some decisions that involve them.
Also, I would like to know more about the criteria to form part of the AMPA because I consider it quite interesting.
