 SUMMARY
This lesson explains how the term diversity has changed through the years and how the different laws among the spanish history have treated the students with disabilities.

BEFORE AND AFTER STUDYING

Before studying this lesson I knew nothing about how diversity has been reflected in the educational laws or how the current law treats  students that have any type of disability.

Now that i've studied about it I know that diversity  is a principle that should govern every facet of basic and compulsory education. The aim is to provide an education appropriate to the needs of the student. Also, I've lernt that diversity is an inherent condition of the human being because we all are diferent.

For me it wasn't easy to imagine having the best ressaults and being completely satisfied with your job when you have students with special needs in your class. But ,according to Martha J. Buell and her scientific study, in every area assessed , special education teachers rated their efficacy, ability, understanding , and resources higher than general education teachers.

The hearing and language teacher is in charge to detect any porblem in the communicative skills of the students, it works with the other teachers and helps to do the curricula. Honestly, I would like to know in detail it's functions and it's methodologies to detect the problems.

LESSON 3: Documents for Educational Management Institutions

                              SUMMARY In the Lesson 3 we have studied the most important documents of the school centre. This documents are the Educational Project and the Annual General Programme. The educational Project is a document that among other things describes the organisation of the centre, and the Annual General Plan is a document inside the Educatnal Project that shows the school's planning, management and performance and also clarifies aspects included in the Educational Project. I knew that schools had some documents that pick up all the information about the centres' plans but I could not even  imagine their magnitude and their value. PRACTICE 9

                        BEFORE AND AFTER THE PRACTICE Before doing this practice I knew something about the association of mothers and fathers thanks to lesson 9, where we learned about the participation in the school. However, In this practice we have studyied deeply what is the AMPA, it's functions, regulations, advantages, disadvantages... After doing this activity I know that AMPA also forms part of the teacher board and I realized how many responsabilities they have, such as organizing all the school's events and school trips for students and making desicions with the director.
