BEFORE AND AFTER THE PRACTICE

Before doing this practice I knew, thanks to lesson 8, a few things about the community building plan , but I knew nothing about the elements of the plan or which are it's regulations.

Once I did the practice I learned that the Organic Law 2/2006, modified by the Organic Law 8/2013 recognized the members of the management team and the teachers as a public authority in the procedures to adopt corrective measures (art. 124.3), and orders that the educational administrations facilitate that the centres, within the framework of its autonomy, can elaborate their own rules of organisation and functioning.

The most difficul to me was to truly understand what was the essence of the community building plan , why had to be made and what could it change in the students lives.
According to the dr R. Rodríguez, one of the points of the community building plan is the rejection of the idea of considering the students as the one and only responsibles of the conflicts. Activities should not only try to change the students' behaviour. We must try to give a general vision of the problems , a global vision, where are involved not only the teachers and students but also the centre, the parents and the whole community. I totally agree with this affirmation.

I would like to know more about the community building plan because after the research I did I realized how important is tis doccument and the measures that are in it.
